Asst. Manager Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Set sales targets and track team performance regularly
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Conduct meetings, training, and performance evaluations for sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in travel/Umrah industry (preferred, if applicable)
