Asst. Manager Sales / Senior Executive Sales (Air & Sea Freight | UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with strong expertise in Air and Sea Freight within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, client management, and freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business for Air and Sea Freight services
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
• Prepare RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and customized sales proposals
• Conduct client visits and understand shipment requirements
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain CRM updates, pipelines, and monthly performance reports
• Achieve monthly revenue and account growth targets

Requirements

• 4–5 years of direct sales experience in Air & Sea Freight forwarding within the UAE
• Strong understanding of import/export processes
• Valid UAE driving license + own vehicle
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
