Consultant Architect
The Asst. Professor in Architecture will be responsible for providing expert architectural guidance and innovative design solutions for a variety of projects. This role involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of architectural plans while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
2. Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned.
3. Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan.
4. Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
5. Maintains required quality standards.
6. Identifies training requirement for the Team Members.
7. Planning of work & executing in an organized manner
8. Mentoring our Architectural students and co-ordinate to the projects.
9. Co-ordinate with Chief Architecture for implementing the big project.
10. Design and implement charity projects in associate with our Archtectural students
11 Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using industry-standard software.
Qualifications
COA Registration
B.Arch., M.Arch
Bachelor‘s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B. Arch. and Master‘s Degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 per cent. marks at either level and one year of relevant professional experience
Experience
0-2 years of experience.
