Job Description – Assistant Project Manager (D’LIFE Interiors)
Position: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior installation projects as per schedule.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, factory teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors for smooth workflow.
- Verify delivered materials against the work order and raise discrepancies if any.
- Monitor progress, track timelines, and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Handle measurements, marking of MEP (electrical/plumbing) points, and unit placements as per approved plans.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate critical problems to the Project Manager.
- Ensure installation completion within timelines and maintain site discipline.
- Assist in handover activities and ensure client satisfaction during and after project execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Civil / Interior Design
- Minimum 1–5 years of site execution or interior fit-out experience.
- Strong understanding of interior drawings, units, and installation workflow.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reports).
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
- Ability to handle subcontractors and labour teams.
- Problem-solving attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
