Job Title: Assistant Purchase Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
Job Summary:
The Assistant Purchase Executive will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of consumables, instruments, medicines, and clinic-related materials required for smooth operations across all clinic branches. The role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining purchase records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of all items.
Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Management
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing of consumables, medicines, instruments, and clinic supplies.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparison sheets for approval.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain good professional relationships with existing vendors and identify new reliable suppliers.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice submission and payment tracking.
Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Work closely with the Stock Manager and clinic teams to understand material requirements.
- Raise purchase requests based on stock levels and consumption trends.
- Maintain proper documentation for all purchase orders and inward materials.
- Ensure compliance with clinic standards for stock quality and expiry management.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare purchase orders, delivery notes, and vendor bills in system/software.
- Maintain updated records of all purchases, pending orders, and price lists.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports and share with management.
- Support in audit processes and vendor evaluations.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in healthcare, clinic, or hospital setup.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of purchase and inventory processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
