Job Description – Assistant Salesman

Position: Assistant Salesman

Location: MUSCAT Ghala

Department: Sales / Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management

o Assist in checking stock levels regularly.

o Refill shelves and displays as required.

o Ensure products are properly arranged and presented.

2. Product Quality & Expiry Check

o Monitor and check products for expiry dates.

o Remove or report expired/damaged products immediately.

3. Shop Maintenance & Display

o Maintain cleanliness of the shop at all times.

o Support in proper display setup for products to attract customers.

4. Logistics & Handling

o Assist in loading and unloading products received from the warehouse.

o Deliver products to customers waiting outside the shop or nearby areas when required.

5. General Assistance

o Provide support to the Salesman in day-to-day operations.

o Carry out shop cleaning and ensure a tidy work environment.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Pet-friendly (as the shop environment involves pets/products).
• Should not have allergies or health conditions restricting the work.
• Flexible to work overtime when required.
• Willing to perform additional duties as assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO150.000 - RO170.000 per month
