Position: Asst. SMT & AOI Programmer (Trainee)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Our expertise includes design and development of Electronics, High Speed PCB designs, DFM/DFA, pre-processing of Components Assembly, Reflow and AOI, Mechanical enclosure design and Thermal simulation etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop SMT programs for pick-and-place assembly lines using Juki-JaNets software.
• Create ePM-AOI programs using PCB assembly deliverables (BOM, Gerbers & CAD).
• Configure and fine-tune inspection programs for Koh Young AOI systems (AOIGUI) to ensure high-accuracy defect detection and minimal false calls.
• Generate the Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) for the production team using FactoryLogix software.
• Apply hands-on knowledge of SMT reflow and wave/hand soldering processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SMT/AOI related issues during every stage of programming.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS. Tech (Mechanical or Mechatronics).
• Experience: Both experienced professionals and recent graduates with a strong, relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

• Essential for creating accurate, error-free SMT and AOI programs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents, including Gerber/CAD files, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
• Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards, specifically IPC-A-610.
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA or other scripting to automate tasks or data reports.
