Asst. Store Keeper

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Storekeeper to join our maintenance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience handling spare parts, tools, and materials related to maintenance operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper stock levels
• Issue materials to technicians as required
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damages
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
• Prepare reports on stock movement and usage

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Storekeeper (preferably in a maintenance/FM company)
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic MS Excel
• Familiarity with MEP/HVAC, electrical, and plumbing materials is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (based on experience)
• Company Visa + Medical Insurance
• Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law
