We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Storekeeper to join our maintenance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience handling spare parts, tools, and materials related to maintenance operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and tools
- Maintain accurate inventory records and proper stock levels
- Issue materials to technicians as required
- Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damages
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
- Prepare reports on stock movement and usage
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Storekeeper (preferably in a maintenance/FM company)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic MS Excel
- Familiarity with MEP/HVAC, electrical, and plumbing materials is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (based on experience)
