Asst Surveyor/Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Surveyor/Supervisor position at Classic Associates located in Karāchi. This role involves overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, performing regular site visits to monitor progress, and managing a team of surveyors and contractors. Some remote work is allowed for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in construction project management or surveying
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Experience with surveying equipment and other related tools
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel for site visits and inspections
