Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain team's expense and other book keeping activity.
• Plan and schedule day to day activities of team and monitor work assignments to ensure all resources are fully utilized.
• Handling billing processes, Billing systems and tools for standard billing activities.
• Supervise and monitor the team and their tasks.
• Ability to delegate task and implement processes and procedures as per SOPs or Company's Policy.
• Keep update the data in soft form according to the task and project.
• Perform other duties as required.

Competency/Abilities

• Strong communications skills in both oral and written and capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Draft Writing and report writing skill
• Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Energetic and quick Learner.

Qualification:

DAE/Bachelors in Electrical should be preferred

NOTE:

3. Office Timings: 9:00 am TO 6:00 pm & 6-Days a Week (Sunday OFF)
