The Company: Success4Life Tutoring Services, is an organization who provides intensive mentoring, youth advocacy, k-12, test prep, post-secondary, and Special Education services to At-Risk and Adjudicated youth. Success4Life provides the youth we work with an opportunity to receive support in all aspects of their education along with obtaining many important life skills.
Success4Life GED Tutoring Services, Inc., provides support for all adjudicated youth so that they can be successful in any area they are struggling in. Success4Life GED Tutoring Services, Inc., has been specializing in providing successful educational assistance to adjudicated and at-risk youth for over 8 years. Success4Life works with youth throughout the State of Colorado as well as Wisconsin & Puerto Rico!

The Position: We’re looking for a tutor/mentor to work with adjudicated and at-risk youth.

Requirements:

· 4-year college degree

· Our ideal candidates will be hard working, engaging, and committed.

· Background in working with At-Risk youth preferred.

· Teaching license preferred.

· Ability to work evenings and possibly weekends.

. Experience as a transitional worker with at-risk youth.

. Bi-Lingual is a plus!

Reliable transportation.

• Background check will be completed.

Responsibilities:

• Work one on one with youth ranging from 7 – 21 years in age.
• Tutor in math, language arts, science, and social studies, and test prep.
• Provide mentoring services such as, Life Skills, Relationship Skills, Transportation, Employment Skills, Housing, Financial Capability, Community Connections. Help youth embark on a positive life path into adulthood – toward the goals of personal stability, community housing, employment, and positive family/social relationships. Transport youth as needed.
• Session report writing.
• The ability to meet youth at their home, public library, or facility.

The position will take place in Denver metro area.
