Job Description – ATM Test Manager
Location: Onsite – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (with a leading Saudi Bank)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role: Test Manager – ATM Domain
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ATM Test Manager to lead, manage, and deliver end-to-end testing for ATM channels within a large, fast-paced banking environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The candidate must bring strong expertise in ATM testing, test strategy creation, stakeholder communication, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across engagements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Management & Delivery Ownership
• Own overall responsibility for test quality, completeness, and timely delivery across ATM projects.
• Define and implement the Test Strategy , test approach, and end-to-end test plans.
• Create overall test schedule, resource plans, workload allocation, and technical skill requirements.
• Ensure smooth test execution, monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure readiness for each testing phase.
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
• Interact regularly with client stakeholders to review risks, issues, dependencies, and overall test progress.
• Drive closure of project concerns and ensure alignment with business and technical teams.
• Report project status to the Delivery Manager / Program Manager with clear visibility on progress, risks, and mitigation.
3. Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure full compliance with internal QualityKiosk processes and client-specific QA standards.
• Consolidate and publish test metrics, dashboards, and reporting artifacts as per governance requirements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and champion testing best practices across the engagement.
4. Test Design, Planning & Execution
• Create detailed Test Design , including test scenarios, cases, data requirements, and execution strategy.
• Develop execution plans for SIT, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, and ATM-specific validations.
• Review test coverage, environment readiness, and dependencies to ensure flawless delivery.
5. Team Leadership & Workload Management
• Assign tasks, manage daily workloads, and monitor team productivity.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to ensure efficient execution.
• Drive knowledge management, maintaining updated documentation and reusable assets.
Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)
Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in ATM Testing , including:
• ATM transaction flows
• Switching systems (e.g., IST/Switch, BASE24, Postilion – if any)
• End-to-end ATM validations (functional, regression, device integration)
• Solid understanding of:
• EMV standards
• ISO 8583 message formats
• Host authorization flows
• Dispute & reconciliation testing (nice to have)
• Experience with defect management, test management, and reporting tools (Jira, QC/ALM, etc.)
Management & Delivery Skills
• Test Strategy creation, planning, scheduling, and execution management
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
• Risk management, issue tracking & escalation handling
• Ability to drive test improvement initiatives and QA governance
• Reporting, metrics consolidation, dashboards, and status communication
• Strong experience managing QA teams and ensuring high productivity
Soft Skills
