AT&T-Authorized Retail Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for achieving preset sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service and creating the ultimate in-store experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Ability to provide personalized sales interactions with our customers while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Deliver excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of the full suite of AT&T products and services.
• Demonstrate and persuasively suggest options suitable for the customer’s needs.
• Ability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate personal computer and wireless devices.
• Adhere to team uniform while maintaining neat and professional appearance.
• Represent our company and AT&T brand with courtesy and integrity.
• Achieve sales benchmarks.
• Assist in maintaining store inventory, basic sanitizing procedures and the merchandising of products.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and handle customer requests and/or complaints.

Work Remotely

• This is a retail, in-store sales position. No remote working available
