As an AT&T Business Customer Associate, you’ll engage directly with local business clients, present AT&T’s advanced communication and connectivity solutions, and play a vital role in supporting client success and account growth. This position combines customer service, relationship management, and consultative sales to help businesses stay connected and competitive in today’s fast-paced market.

What You’ll Do as an AT&T Business Customer Associate

  • Serve as the main point of contact for AT&T’s business clients, managing inquiries, processing service updates, and providing timely support.
  • Educate business customers on AT&T’s suite of services, including wireless, internet, and VoIP solutions, aligning products with their operational goals.
  • Handle account updates, activations, and service upgrades with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized CRM records of client interactions, feedback, and service activity to ensure smooth follow-up and campaign visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional AT&T solutions that enhance efficiency, connectivity, and business growth.

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Business Customer Associate

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales, account coordination, or telecom support (internships and entry-level experience welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and present solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand AT&T’s product suite and explain services clearly to business clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and helping businesses thrive.
