Corral Consultants, a Houston-based sales and development firm, seeks an AT&T Crew Member who can adapt on the fly and close sales with finesse. You will present AT&T Fiber to our customers, and anyone tired of internet that quits when they need it most. Our AT&T Crew Member will show up prepared, leave no question unanswered, and follow through like a pro.
As an AT&T Crew Member, you'll start with a sales training session that gives you everything you need to succeed. You'll learn how AT&T Fiber's speeds, unlimited data, and no‑contract pricing can solve problems for every customer. The AT&T Crew Member will then recommend an internet upgrade to our customers and close sales by being prepared and friendly.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Crew Member
- Act as the go-to tech connection guide, hitting Houston daily to replace slow, glitchy internet networks with AT&T’s 100% fiber-optic power.
- Point out the reality of data caps to heavy internet users, explaining how AT&T Fiber allows them to stream all day without ever getting throttled.
- Put a pen to paper, or a finger to a tablet, to show our customers a side-by-side breakdown that makes switching to a new plan a total no-brainer.
- Guide our customers through their setup options in person, taking the stress out of transitioning to a brand-new sales package.
- Keep interactions simple and supportive so our customers are always respected and informed.
- Hit your sales milestones by showing our customers the difference that true fiber-optic speed makes for their productivity.
Qualifications of an AT&T Crew Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience is needed! Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Drive to achieve and surpass daily and weekly sales goals.
- Professional sales presentation that reflects AT&T Fiber’s premium brand.
- Eagerness to learn sales and confidently explain fiber internet benefits to our customers.
Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
