Through face-to-face customer interactions, retail promotions, and high-energy in-person sales campaigns, we help customers cut through the noise, find the right solutions, and walk away confident in their choices—while helping major brands grow even faster.

As we expand across the territory, we’re looking for driven, motivated individuals to join our team as AT&T Customer Representatives. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to stop “just having a job” and start building a real sales career. No AT&T or sales experience? No problem. As an Entry-Level AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll be on the front lines in a retail environment—talking with customers, answering questions, explaining products, and helping drive promotional sales. What You’ll Do as an AT&T Customer Representative:

  • Connect with customers to represent AT&T products, services, and promotions
  • Turn everyday conversations into meaningful sales opportunities
  • Educate customers on AT&T plans, devices, and limited-time offers
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience in a retail setting
  • Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately
  • Participate in paid training, team meetings, and ongoing development
  • Collaborate with a motivated AT&T Customer Representative team focused on hitting goals and growing fast

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Customer Representative:
