Day-to-Day Duties of the AT&T Enrollment Team Member

  • Confidently prospect and engage business owners and key decision-makers across Sacramento County through direct outreach.
  • Conduct strategic needs assessments to identify business challenges and present targeted AT&T business solutions.
  • Command product mastery across AT&T’s suite—high-speed internet, wireless, voice, and cloud—and present with authority and precision.
  • Own the complete sales cycle: initiate consultations, deliver customized proposals, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Surpass individual sales goals by driving new business acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Maintain flawless documentation using CRM systems and digital tools to track sales orders and daily activity.
  • Develop trusted client relationships through expert service and consistent value delivery, becoming a go-to telecom advisor.
  • Contribute to a winning team culture by sharing insights, energizing peers, and leading by example.

What We're Looking For in an AT&T Enrollment Team Member

  • High school diploma or GED required; up to 2 years of sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred.
  • Confident, optimistic self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong motivation to exceed performance goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain complex telecom solutions in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing a dynamic sales pipeline and daily priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
