AT&T Representative

Working as an AT&T Representative with our company you will help customers find the right wireless solutions for their communication and entertainment needs. This AT&T Representative role is a full time position that works with customers to establish trust and convenience for them. Our AT&T Representative will work with customers and access their current wireless device to see what types of upgrades, promotions and services they are eligible for. Our AT&T Representatives are all about our customers' experience so we are looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, can help customers process their new wireless orders and is passionate about customer service.

AT&T Representative Responsibilities:

• Our AT&T Representative will be responsible for working with customers to access their wireless services and manage their accounts
• Using a combination of product knowledge, relationship-building, and effective sales techniques, work with customers to find the best solutions for them
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand each customer’s needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions tailored to their lifestyle and budget
• Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate entry of customer information and proper follow-through to guarantee a smooth onboarding process
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, answering questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes, share winning strategies, and contribute to a high-performance environment

AT&T Representative Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• A self-starter mindset with a drive to succeed
• Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus (but not required)
• Adaptable to new environments and learning sales
• Comfortable working with customers and explaining wireless services
• Excellent at problem solvings and finding solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
