We are looking for a full-time AT&T Representative who can help customers discover why AT&T Fiber is the preferred choice for customers with multiple devices. The AT&T Representative will also guide customers through plan options, explain how reliable internet supports remote work and online learning, and close sales with care.
As an AT&T Representative, you will start with sales training to master the benefits of AT&T Fiber Internet, including blazing-fast speeds and reliable whole-home coverage. The AT&T Representative will then connect with customers to understand their Internet needs, recommend the perfect Fiber plan, and guide them through sales and enrollment with confidence and professionalism.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative
- Get to know customers to understand their daily habits, from home-schooling needs to movie nights, and recommend the right Fiber speed to match.
- Explain the freedom of having no data caps, showing customers how they can stream, game, and video chat as much as they want.
- Serve as an AT&T Representative who simplifies the switching process, making it easy for customers to move from cable to reliable fiber.
- Help residents understand the sales value of straightforward pricing, building trust by ensuring their monthly bill is clear and predictable.
- Act as the professional face of AT&T in the community, providing a high level of care and attention to every customer you assist.
- Manage your daily sales schedule to reach as many customers as possible, ensuring no family is left behind in the upgrade to better internet.
Qualifications of the AT&T Representative
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
