Compensation: This is a performance-driven, commission-based role. Average associates earn $3,200-$6,000 per month not including additional performance bonuses based on sales volume.

Vintara, a trusted sales partner of AT&T, is seeking a motivated AT&T Sales Agent to join our team in St. Louis. In this role, you’ll work directly with local businesses to promote and sell AT&T’s leading telecommunications solutions, including wireless services, high-speed internet, and advanced business communication tools.

This position is face-to-face and business-to-business, giving you the opportunity to build strong client relationships while driving growth for AT&T’s business network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with small to medium-sized businesses in the St. Louis area to present and sell AT&T’s wireless, internet, and communication solutions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts through in-person visits and outreach.
  • Support existing business accounts by ensuring service needs are met and resolving client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account performance, and client communication.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Stay up to date on AT&T’s full suite of services and industry trends through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
