AT&T Sales Assistant

We are looking for an AT&T Sales Assistant to join our team! By personally meeting with our clients’ consumers, we can exponentially increase sales without greatly increasing our customers' budget. The ideal AT&T Sales Assistant is an outgoing, highly motivated individual with a customer centric approach.

The AT&T Sales Assistant will personally work our with customers in order to increase exposure, as well as master the daily operations of the company. Our AT&T Sales Assistants will be instructed on sales and customer service responsibilities to have a complete understanding of every facet of the company and services available. Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Assistant:

• Proactively engage with consumers to develop new relationships and increase sales while providing thorough information on products and services
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AT&T’s wireless devices, plans, and bundled services, ensuring customers receive accurate and comprehensive information.
• Provide superior customer service while utilizing supplied company techniques to increase sales and acquisitions
• Attend daily company meetings to stay up to date client and product knowledge as well as receive any training to be able to better assist customers
• Apply knowledge on effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, sales, and general business operations in order to meet client demands and customer needs

Qualifications for an AT&T Sales Assistant:

• Experience in sales, customer service, customer support, or a related field
• Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments and new information on technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of direct marketing and sales would be an asset
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
