As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with retail teams and sales leaders while representing AT&T’s cutting-edge wireless products and services. Your role will focus on engaging customers in person, delivering compelling sales presentations, and enrolling them in AT&T’s wireless and home solutions. Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in retail environments to provide product knowledge and tailored sales solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and enroll new customers in AT&T wireless and home services.
- Execute AT&T’s retail sales strategies to increase product visibility, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and training to ensure consistent success and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain AT&T’s in-store brand representation by ensuring displays and booths are professional, clean, and welcoming.
- Track and report performance metrics while supporting retail sales campaigns and promotional events.
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in-person and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
AT&T Sales Associate Position Overview:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position.
- Pay: An average of $120-$160 per new customer enrolled; on average, each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day.
- Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week).
- Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned retail store to cover.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products).

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
