AT&T Sales Associate

Vantix is expanding our Tampa, Florida team and we’re currently hiring AT&T Sales Associates who are motivated, outgoing, and eager to start a career in sales, customer service, and business development. No previous sales experience? No problem.
We provide training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing coaching so you can build the skills needed to succeed.

As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to help them find the right wireless plans, mobile devices, and internet services that fit their needs. This role focuses on face-to-face customer interaction, relationship building, and providing solutions through AT&T’s products and services. If you enjoy talking with people, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this opportunity is a great way to launch your professional career.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers in person to understand their wireless, mobile, and internet service needs
  • Introducing customers to AT&T products, service plans, and current promotions
  • Helping customers select the best devices, plans, and service packages
  • Processing new activations, upgrades, and account updates
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Participating in daily training sessions and team meetings
  • Learning effective sales and communication strategies
  • Working alongside teammates to achieve individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation to our office and local clientele locations throughout Tampa, Fl
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and accept coaching
  • Experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Telecommunication, Restaurant, or Sales experience preferred, but not required
