AT&T Sales Mobile Expert

Alpha Millennial Group is actively hiring AT&T Sales Mobile Experts for all of our locations in the Las Vegas area. This is an on-site position and is not remote, hybrid, or work-from-home. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking an entry-level sales role with training, growth, and performance-based earnings.

What You Can Expect:

Compensation

• Commission-Based Pay: Earnings are based on individual sales performance
• Paid Training: Training is provided and compensated to help you learn our products, services, and sales process
• Estimated Earnings: Many team members earn approximately $1,300.00–$1,700.00 per week, depending on performance

Total earnings will vary based on sales results and individual effort. Full details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T products and services
• Engage customers and provide a positive, professional experience
• Educate customers on mobile devices, plans, and accessories
• Assist customers in selecting solutions that meet their needs
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
