This is a fully in-person role focused on customer enrollment and sales support, working with one of the nation's most recognized telecommunications providers. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in customer enrollment, representing AT&T with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Representative:
- Engage in in-person customer enrollment: Meet directly with customers to guide them through the enrollment process, explain plan options, and answer questions clearly and confidently.
- AT&T Sales Representatives drive sales performance: Use effective communication techniques to complete sales and meet daily/weekly sales goals. Track all enrollment activities accurately and in real-time.
- Provide in-person customer support: Handle customer concerns and questions with professionalism and efficiency during each in-person interaction, ensuring satisfaction before completing an Enrollment.
- AT&T Sales Representatives stay informed on AT&T products and services: Maintain a strong understanding of current enrollment processes, wireless solutions, and sales promotions to support the sales cycle.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with peers and leadership in a fast-paced in-person environment to ensure successful enrollment campaigns and sales execution.
