We are a growing sales firm specializing in retail sales outreach on behalf of nationally recognized telecommunications companies, such as AT&T. Our tailored approach to sales and customer relations has been instrumental in driving significant customer acquisitions for our clients. We are looking to expand our impact even further by hiring a new AT&T Sales Representative to assist us. By developing our entry-level AT&T Sales Representative’s product knowledge and customer service strategies, we focus on building strong, lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized sales solutions that meet their unique service needs.

This AT&T Sales Representative role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and become experts in the sales field through hands-on training and experience. The ideal AT&T Sales Representative will be someone who is customer-focused and outgoing when working with our customers and eager to grow and learn new skills.

AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers in retail environments, assisting them with their AT&T product selection and service needs.
  • Develop expertise in product offerings to effectively educate customers, address their concerns, and confidently overcome questions they may have.
  • Communicate with customers daily, ensuring a professional, respectful, and positive experience at all times. Keep the working area clean and organized.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate and successful completion of every transaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that align with customer needs and preferences.
  • Document all customer interactions to provide accurate updates to clients and ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Representatives on shift, offering support and assistance when needed.

AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service, sales, or retail role prior is a bonus
  • Strong passion for working with people and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle to travel to retail locations when necessary
  • Ability to work shifts (AM / PM)
  • Clear communication is a plus for this position
  • Understand on how to navigate an Ipad
  • Quick to connect with customers and understand the sales process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
