We are currently hiring an Entry-Level AT&T Sales Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
In this role, you will work directly with customers in an in person setting, representing AT&T products and services. You’ll be responsible for helping customers understand available options, answering questions, and assisting with account setup.
This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, customer service, and professional development. No prior sales experience is required — we provide structured, hands-on training.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a face-to-face setting
- Present and explain AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with account setup and service selection
- Meet individual sales and performance goals
- Track customer interactions using internal systems
- Stay up to date on current product offerings and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time (Monday–Friday schedule)
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte, NC
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
