In this role, you’ll guide customers through the latest smartphones and wireless solutions, creating memorable in‑store experiences. The AT&T Team Member’s passion for sales, customer service, and technology will make you the trusted face of AT&T in our high‑traffic retail locations.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member:

  • Connect face‑to‑face with AT&T retail customers, resolving account inquiries and positioning AT&T’s 2026 devices as the backbone of modern mobile lifestyles.
  • Coordinate sales onboarding, ensuring eSIM activations, secure data transfers, and AI assistant setups are completed flawlessly
  • Advise customers on unlimited data plans, tailoring sales solutions for streaming, gaming, and smart‑home integration.
  • Promote flagship device launches and in‑store sales campaigns, acting as the trusted advisor for AT&T’s latest innovations.
  • Document every sales journey in data systems, ensuring accuracy and continuity across the AT&T ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Team Member:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in professional sales environments, including retail or service industries, where customer satisfaction and upselling were daily priorities.
  • Display genuine enthusiasm for mobile technology sales, especially AI‑powered devices, 5G+ networks, and next‑generation security standards.
  • Communicate AT&T’s wireless advantages with clarity, turning technical features into compelling sales conversations that drive customer decisions.
  • Pursue advancement with a results‑driven mindset, committed to representing AT&T as the leader in wireless connectivity.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
