The AT&T Wireless Associate executes precise network assessments, resolves technical escalations, and manages service delivery timelines. This position will involve speaking and selling AT&T’s products to customers and families in territories in the LA area.

As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you will develop expertise through a dedicated training program focused on fiber-optic infrastructure. The AT&T Wireless Associate verifies in-home customer eligibility with meticulous attention to detail, explains the practical advantages of symmetrical upload and download speeds, and proactively handles the account setup to guarantee an immaculate and efficient transition to AT&T Fiber.Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Associate

  • Drive residential fiber activations by guiding households through plan selection, upgrades, and account setup with accuracy and compliance.
  • Position AT&T Fiber as the premium solution for streaming, gaming, and multi‑device households, emphasizing speed, reliability, and promotional advantages.
  • Resolve installation and connectivity challenges quickly, ensuring smooth service launches and reinforcing long‑term customer confidence.
  • Execute enrollments and upgrades with precision, maintaining strict adherence to AT&T documentation and retail standards.
  • Leverage promotions and credits strategically to maximize customer value while clarifying billing details and plan features.
  • Collaborate with AT&T Wireless Associate on sales initiatives, reviewing activation data, and adjusting sales strategies to expand AT&T Fiber’s residential footprint.

Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Wireless Associate

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
  • Retail or customer service experience with emphasis on mobile hardware, sales, or subscription services.
  • Ability to explain AT&T Fiber plans, bandwidth options, and network advantages clearly to drive customer confidence and conversions.
  • Organized and proactive, with leadership potential to manage priorities, support team sales goals, and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
  • Skilled in sales systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to oversee accounts, track activations, and ensure compliance accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
