Responsibilities

We are seeking a capable Attendance Officer to provide support with the attendance system in order to maintain a high standard of attendance across our schools. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families to enhance student engagement.

Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and have a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.

Show evidence of related experience within a large establishment. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.

Be proactive in their approach to dealing with interactions with external and internal enquiries in line with the school's expected high standards.

Go the extra mile, including working outside of standard school hours, ensuring service level delivery is met.

Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.

Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto.

Have KSA residency status.

Qualifications & Experience

2 or more years of related experience.

Prior experience in a large institution or school environment is an advantage.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
