Under the general direction of the Chief Counsel and Attorney V, the incumbent Attorney in the Legal Administration division generally provides legal services to the Board and Board staff with respect to assigned subject matter areas, performing legal work of average difficulty, with a heavy emphasis on conducting research, drafting opinions, and answering oral and written inquiries from the staff, the Board, other governmental entities, and the public. Attorneys may also appear at hearings of the Board, including representation of Board staff.
