Attorney

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and enjoy interacting with and serving our clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel in areas such as estate planning, trusts, and probate, business litigation and business transactions.
• Represent clients in litigation and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of various areas of law including estate planning, trusts, probate, business litigation, and business transactions.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting.
• Strong research abilities using platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
