Dynamic Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking New York State Bar Attorney to join our Team as an Associate. Applicants with all levels of experience – or no experience in Personal Injury – will be considered. Candidates are encouraged to include all pre-law school employment for our consideration. Associate will be supervised to handle a mixed caseload of general negligence matters, with a focus on office work, legal document drafting, motions, depositions, client contact, and settlement negotiations. Generous performance bonuses available, as well as permitted fee-sharing on referred cases.

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly performance-based bonus reviews
• Permitted fee-sharing on Associate referrals to Firm

License/Certification: Must be to New York State Bar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
