Estate Planning Law Firm in The Villages is looking for an Attorney to join our team.

• Attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar or law school graduate pending admission to the Florida Bar
• Oversee and manage probate administration processes from start to finish
• Provide expert legal advice related to estate settlements, fiduciary duties, and the distribution of assets
• Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients, executors, and beneficiaries
• Draft and review essential probate documents including pleadings, inventories, and accountings
• Assist in trust administration and related legal matters
• Keep up-to-date with the latest probate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive the most accurate legal counsel
