Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and a commitment to serving clients with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court, hearings, and legal proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, pleadings, and contracts
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with opposing counsel
• Manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California-Should be in Good Standing
• [1–3 / 3–5 / 5+]* years of experience practicing law (depending on role level)
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities Spanish a plus
