As we grow, we’re seeking a sharp, strategic Attorney to help us navigate a high-stakes legal matter and shape our long-term legal framework.

At USABotics, legal strategy is mission critical. You’ll lead complex litigation, shape our legal framework, and represent us in high-stakes matters—including trial proceedings when necessary. This is a hands-on contract role for a confident, strategic attorney ready to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Provide legal counsel across contracts, compliance, and corporate governance
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents
• Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable analysis
• Support litigation prep, filings, discovery, and court appearances
• Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with internal teams
• Represent USABotics in negotiations, settlements, and trial proceedings when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Utah law license
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, contracts, or corporate law (trial experience a plus)
• Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable managing high-stakes legal matters
• Must be available for one in-office day per week (Tooele area)
