Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation/Litigation)
Location: Atlanta, GA

Fulltime: Onsite/hybrid/remote

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our Atlanta office. Candidates must have at least 2 years of personal injury experience and be able to manage cases through pre-litigation/litigation phases.

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Manage discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial prep.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients, providers, and experts.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Georgia.
• Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and case management skills.
