Property Damage Attorney
Location: Denver, CO

Full-time, onsite

We are seeking a motivated Property Damage Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in property damage or personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Handle property damage and/or personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property damage or personal injury law.
• Strong research, writing, and litigation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team.

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $115,000.62 - $226,000.88 per year
