The Alabama Bankruptcy Relief Center is a dedicated consumer bankruptcy firm helping individuals achieve financial freedom through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. We also handle contested matters, consumer protection, and estate planning. Our mission is to empower clients with knowledge, options, and skilled representation—both in and out of the courtroom.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and contested matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal research memos
• Communicate with clients to explain processes, strategies, and outcomes
• Assist in consumer protection claims and estate planning matters

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in the State of Alabama (required)
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software
• Within commuting distance to Birmingham, AL (or willing to relocate)
