Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Attorney role. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of fertility law, including preparation and editing of contracts, review of court documents and consultation with clients. Daily tasks will involve client communications, case management, and contract drafting, editing, and review.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 1 year of practice experience as a licensed attorney.
• Admission to the bar in Texas.
• Excellent legal writing skills and preferably experience drafting and/or reviewing contracts.
• Previously experience in family law or fertility law is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants a plus.
• Experience in a law office setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
