Attorney

We are seeking an associate attorney for business litigation and business transactions. Compensation involves a base salary and monthly performance bonus. Part-time or full-time arrangements could be available with corresponding expectations. Clerkship and/or litigation experience is preferred, but new lawyers will be considered. The candidate should have demonstrated interest and skill in business law and litigation.

We are a small firm with three attorneys and three staff members. We pride ourselves on a peaceful environment and happy clients. We offer a retirement plan, a basic medical benefit, and 20 paid-days-off annually.

This position would offer an opportunity to do a range of things and to develop rapidly as an attorney without micromanagement. The ideal candidate is a lawyer that enjoys taking responsibility, learning, working, and earning.
