Attorney

Our small firm is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of active experience to lend support to existing and new client matters. A book of business of his or her own is required. The firm is focused on family/ work life balance, making it an ideal place for an attorney who is a parent, experiencing burn out, who needs flexibility, wants to make his or her own hours and is comfortable earning based on effort. We close the office by 5:30 and we don't work on weekends. An ideal candidate should have experience in areas of estate planning, tax, real estate, business formation/ representation, contract work, litigation, family law, etc. We are looking to add new service areas for our existing clients, so all specialties will be considered. Our ideal candidate values the client experience, has exceptional work ethic, steadfast integrity, and is able to be successful whether working individually or in a team setting. Salary is a base pay plus an unlimited sliding scale commission structure. Must have a valid active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
