We are hiring multiple attorneys, each dedicated to one of the following core areas:

Immigration Attorney (Spanish strongly preferred)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (All Attorney Roles):
-
Provide high-quality legal representation throughout all phases of each case.
-
Manage an active caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong communication with clients.
-
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents.
-
Conduct court appearances, hearings, mediations, USCIS interviews, depositions, or closings as applicable.

Perform legal research and case strategy development.
-
Collaborate closely with support staff, paralegals, and fellow attorneys.
Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism, compassion, and ethical conduct.
ROLE-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Immigration Attorney:
-
Represent clients in removal defense, asylum, waivers, family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, naturalization, etc.

Prepare clients for hearings, USCIS interviews, and EOIR appearances.
-
Spanish fluency is strongly preferred due to client base.
Foreclosure Defense Attorney:
-
Defend homeowners in foreclosure litigation.
-
Prepare motions, affirmative defenses, settlement agreements, and discovery.
-
Attend court calls and motion hearings.
Bankruptcy Attorney:
-
Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings from intake through discharge.

Conduct 341 meetings and respond to trustee communications.
-
Advise clients on debt relief strategies.
Real Estate Attorney:
-
Handle residential and commercial closings.
-
Draft and review purchase agreements, contracts, title documents, and lease agreements.

Communicate effectively with realtors, lenders, and title companies.
Family Law Attorney:
-
Represent clients in divorce, child custody, parentage, child support, and protection matters.
-
Draft pleadings, discovery, financial affidavits, and settlement proposals.
Appear in court, mediation, and conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
-
J.D. from an accredited law school.
-
Licensed to practice law in Illinois (or pending admission).
-
Ability to manage cases, communicate clearly, and work independently.
-
Strong writing, organization, and client-relation skills.
Preferred:
-
2–5+ years experience in chosen practice area.
-
Spanish-speaking (especially for Immigration & Family Law).
-
Litigation or courtroom experience.
Prior experience with diverse or high-volume casework.
No experience in the practice area?
