Location: 100% Remote (Oregon Licensure Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of personal injury cases, including car crashes, dog bites, and semi-accidents.
• Settle approximately 95% of cases while maintaining trial readiness for the remaining cases.
• Build meaningful client relationships by providing compassionate and transparent legal services.
• Collaborate with your pod to efficiently manage injury files and client interactions.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial.
• Licensed to practice in Oregon
• A genuine care for clients, strong communication skills, and the ability to advocate effectively.
• Willingness to travel for trials as needed.
