Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Attorney to join our California based legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel across a diverse range of personal injury law. This role requires a proactive approach to legal research, drafting, negotiation, and day to day advancement of their own cases. The job includes client contact, drafting complaints, discovery, and law and motion, defending depositions. A strong interest in personal injury law and client advocacy is essential.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and regulatory filings with precision and clarity.
- Manage litigation processes from inception through resolution by preparing case files, coordinating discovery efforts, and representing clients in negotiations or court proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining client interests and fostering positive relationships with opposing counsel.
- Stay current on changes in relevant laws and regulations through continuous research and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored legal solutions.
- Maintain meticulous records of case activities and ensure all legal administrative tasks are completed accurately within the law office infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Must be a law school graduate
- Must be a member of the California Bar
