Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel across various practice areas, including insurance defense, litigation, personal injury and trial. This role involves conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in litigation and negotiations. The Attorney will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while delivering exceptional service to clients in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients across multiple practice areas including insurance defense and personal injury.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related materials with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to advocate for their interests effectively.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records in a professional law office setting.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues requiring extensive research and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards throughout all legal processes.

Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Strong writing skills coupled with excellent legal drafting abilities.

Pay: $88,204.70 - $120,225.02 per year
