Position: Senior Litigation Attorney, General Liability Defense

Location: Downtown Dallas

Salary: $170-200k + bonuses.

Join a top-tier boutique defense firm as a Senior Attorney leading complex cases in premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, construction litigation , and personal injury defense.

The firm is looking for an experienced defense litigation attorney to lead a busy docket of cases, including cases ready to go to trial.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage high-exposure cases from start to finish
• Serve as lead trial counsel and client advisor
• Mentor junior attorneys
• Collaborate with AV Preeminent-rated colleagues on case strategy.
• Leading cases all the way through to trial.

Required experience:

• Active Texas Bar license
• 5+ years’ litigation experience (general liability or similar)
• Proven trial success
