We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Attorney to join our legal team, dedicated to providing expert legal counsel to Plaintiffs injured in serious collisions. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis to support case strategies and legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, calendar entries, discovery, petitions, memoranda, and briefs with precision and clarity.
• Advise clients on various legal matters surrounding their personal injury claims, and litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records of case progress and deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases requiring detailed legal research and strategic planning.
• Stay current with evolving laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission.
• Proven experience in litigation.
• Strong research skills.
• Exceptional writing skills demonstrated through clear and persuasive legal drafting.
• Experience with managing a team while handling various legal administrative tasks including case management and document organization.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,512.16 - $100,573.78 per year
