We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team, bringing expertise across a diverse range of legal disciplines. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Provide expert counsel on estate planning, family law, immigration law, environmental law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, and personal injury law.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings across various legal areas including landlord-tenant law and litigation.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.
• Assist in managing the law office’s daily operations by maintaining organized case files and supporting administrative tasks related to legal research and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for complex cases while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing.
• Proven experience in multiple legal disciplines such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, or litigation.
• Strong research skills using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal drafts and memoranda.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful client advocacy.
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes and case management systems.
