Qualifications

• Required Education - JD
• Actively barred in Texas
• Knowledgeable of collection laws in Texas, as well as applicable federal statutes such as the FDCPA is a plus
• Actively barred in additional states is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work remotely from home office (S&H Headquarters: Bellevue, WA)
• Reviewing and approving pleadings, motions, garnishments, etc.
• Court appearances on behalf of large banks (online and in-person as needed)
• No billable hour requirement
